SUPERVISOR/PROJECT MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL

 

Red Cloud Building Co. specialises in bespoke homes primarily in the western suburbs of Perth and the South West.  We are seeking an experienced supervisor/project manager to join our team full time and fulfil the supervision and leadership requirements that take our projects from start to finish.

Details:

• Oversee high-end residential construction of architecturally designed new build and renovation projects from start to finish.

• Complete initial project cost estimates. 

• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, budgets and documentation. 

• ​Oversee consistent workflow on site by co-ordinating with contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers. 

• Conduct site visits to instruct trades, monitor progress, quality and building standards of projects. 

• Communicate clearly with colleagues, clients, architects and contractors. 

• Problem solve proactively to minimise budget overruns and project delays.   

• Work closely with a small, friendly and engaging team.

Requirements:

• Experience in supervising/managing high-end residential projects.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Current Australian driver's licence.

• Demonstrate strong organisation and time management skills.
